Documents > Warcraft III > Replay
Hi,
There is no Replay folder on documents/warcraftIII.
I am playing warcraft3 reforged classic.
Any idea?
Update wiped all of your files.
Thank Blizzard.
It’s normal for them to just delete everything you’ve done whenever they want to update. Welcome to the new Blizzard.
Location of replay goes here:
C:\Users\YourComputerName\Documents\Warcraft III\BattleNet\121560768\Replays
Note the folder 12345678 might change during future patches. I’m not sure nor I understand why they put Replays into this folder makes no sense to me but I hope that’s helpful.
P.S. I know its 9 Months later but few days I also struggle where to save replays and watch them and searching in google this post was on the top.
YourComputerName folder is the name that you named your computer. Yet not all people know it
Don’t worry, by all laws of File System Standards, they are not right for what they have done if it makes you feel better.
No data is unrecoverable! There is always a way even 1000 years ago :D.
I am not sure to be honest. These guys don’t seem to have any clue of how to organize directories.
This is the whole fad of wannabes remember, that seem to think putting things in the Users folder is the answer. The only thing there should be your personal files, like “My Documents”, “My Pictures”, “My Music”, etc. Music softwares don’t need to read music files from the program’s folder, they need only write it to a Playlist extension file.
Always there is only ONE place for your games. It is Local Disc, and then Program Files. Already I never liked when people use a Drive other than the C Drive. There is no “Program Files (x86)”, because there has not been an 86 Bit Processor ever made. If it cannot run on the Operating System, it is for the user to know; or the Computer to know. Not the Disc Tray to know.
why do you keep posting in year old threads?? do you really think the people you just replied to are even going to pay any attention to this year old thread? or you just thought you would help that 1 random person who happens to read this and actually be in need of knowing how the file system works??
well at least Eddie was trying to help somebody… but it seems like DragonVizier just wants to rant about Blizzard lol
its almost like you guys are new to the internet or something, like how do you take the time writing to a random person on the internet without at least checking to see that the person you are messaging has been online recently?? lmao
common sense is a good thing to have guys, I mean you had to know this thread was old right? so why post in it, especially if all youre doing is complaining about Blizzard and not actually helping anybody lol
