Blizzard doesn’t seem concerned they take money for a product that doesn’t work. When are they going to start offering 100% refunds for their game that is less than useless?
If they plan in fixing it, which the last communication indicated, then they wouldn’t have a need to.
Refunds are already being offered regardless of playtime for people affected by the “we broke the mac version” issue. Did you like, actually bother trying to request one before posting this, OP?

It was stated by Arcitct, whom is typically a reliable source. I would try replying back in a polite but firm manner and see if you can get different results .

Same. I was told since I played it more than 2hours back when it worked they didn’t care and were keeping my money
Just relax, the fix is coming soon, then you’ll be able to play and then you’ll be able to go back to being outraged at other bugs or whatever.
They the are NOT. Just yesterday I was again told “too bad, so sad, we’re keeping your money"
Do you meet the refund criteria?
As noted in another thread, I got this information from Arcitct, who has normally been pretty reliable around here. But it seems this time he (and by extension I) was mistaken. You can certainly get a refund, but only if you meet the conditions or at Support’s discretion.
