it has nothing to do with your build order, just overall being new.

When blacksmith is done can get rifleman and upgrade townhall at same time

Key is to keep making peasents and farms, no stops. If you kept up with peasant construction you will have enough wood for keep upgrade and rifleman after blacksmith.

With Dark Ranger you can creep well with only two footman.

Order may vary slightly with build times. Recording from memory not measuring in game. Concept is simple.

If vs orc build at least one tower, maybe two. BM and Thrall are best harassers and likely the plan of the player.

Vs Undead watch for DK harasd with Summon Skeleton item thing at very start.

Hopefully you can just creep with Dark Ranger Black Arrow.

The peasant that finished the alter can build the tower or get wood. Tower delays blacksmith alot so hopefully can get by with out.

Second peasant can do alter and third peasant on farm if preferred, delays footman for a couple seconds. Put all five starting peasants on gold.

??? Dark ranger? Thrall??
Stick to campaign…

Check warcraft3-learner. com, there a few different build orders for human under the “Build Order and Guides” section.

Standard simple footman opener is:

  1. 4 workers on gold, 1 on Altar
  2. First worker out makes Barracks
  3. Second worker makes Farm
  4. Third worker on gold
  5. Next 5 workers go to wood.

From there it’s up to you, generally you want to make a second farm as soon as you can after the first one, then a scout tower/arcane tower, and train 3-5 footmen. Then either militia creep/third farm/shop/tier2/expansion/more peasants/more footmen/lumber mill for guard towers.

Kuks8 wrote a very good human tavern opener. When players call hero’s by their names it’s usually because they are good.
