Well, they aggressively went to holiday, i hope they are deserved, because it doesn’t look to me that they worked a lot on this project or maybe they did, it happens when you give a project too big to a team too small

Well they don’t really need to show you the progress they are making. Just hope the game will at least run decently for 28 January.
Maybe we won’t be getting any patches until release? Maybe Blizzard want to build hype that way? Who knows? I know many people won’t be happy when the game releases.
I think they will patch a few more times. I bet in Jan. it is going to be off the chain.

I suspect that when that comment was made they were still being told to have it ready for a 12.31.19 release date but later got approval for the delay so also delayed the patch due to a now possible holiday break.
I also suspected this:) We may not get “aggressive patches” but on Jan 7th still suspect they will have a good chunk of progress. Sure maybe its about as much as each week from before, but they have more time now. Due to actual release date, I’m trying to chill on life until actual release. Hype

Because there was a week before Xmas in which they announced release date. They have so much data that next patch will have a good amount of bug fixes.
I agree with what you are saying…but it only takes 10 minutes for them to write a forum post letting us know…
Sure does. And they’ve been fairly radio silent for the past year and will probably continue that trend. Notice that people who preorder didn’t even get informed that they were in beta and that stuff should be upfront and automated. Not even that was given notice, don’t hold your breath for forum updates about them following up on their promises here.

It’s fail after fail with Blizzard nowadays. I hope they won’t cancel the whole game because of this disaster.
What fails and what disasters are you talking about? Genuinely curious. WoW Classic was a success… Reforged is a thing. Some people are angry all the time, but that’s normal.
