I would really like to resolve this situation with you, but that starts with you. Stop attacking me and stereotyping me to be something I’m not.
Part of the problem here is this conversation has bounced back and forth across different threads. You reference some other thread to say I did or didn’t do this, but since while reading this one I don’t have the other one in front of me, I don’t have all the exact words used by the both of us. It feels like you’re analyzing every single word so that you can “gotcha” me when I make a mistake.
I’m describing your behavior, based off your interactions with me and what I see from others. It’s your denial that makes it seem inaccurate.

The only behavior I’m engaging in here right now is defending against your personal attacks. So I guess if that’s an “MO” I’m guilty as charged, because you’re personally attacking me.
This isn’t like calling a thief a thief, because I didn’t do anything wrong in the first place. You made a statement I felt needed proof and I asked for it. That’s what started this whole thing. I never said I was an expert at anything, never implied I was an expert at anything, nor did I have any desire to sound like I was an expert at anything.
As far as I’m concerned, you’re stacking the deck against me and using it to tear me down.
I implore you to drop this and stop prejudging me. I will be treating any further response that isn’t an apology or a reasonable response to my request above as a personal attack and flagging it as such. And frankly I’m not happy about this. I have normally valued your forum contributions and I still to this moment have no idea why this blew up the way it did. Maybe it’s just because I’m on the spectrum. I have no idea. All I know is this needs to stop. either find a respectful way to bring this to its conclusion or accept the consequences of exacerbating the situation further. It is absolutely ridiculous how a reasonable request for you to provide proof of a claim turned into this.
