Wc3 crashes as soon as i start a game, replay etc

Since this doesnt seem to be an uncommon problem, I followed the steps to record this via WinMTR. This happens since the last patch (2 weeks ago)…

Someone had the same issue and the error was that he (somehow) managed to deny every access to every folder in documents. For the sake of testing: disable everything security related and see if it helps.
Try also the scan&repair function

Hey, HoWarD! Thank you for the WInMTR test. What exactly would you mean by crashing? I wasn’t able to find any crashes on our end. Do you see any errors or odd behavior that shouldn’t be happening? If so, could you elaborate a bit more on what’s happening to the game?

As for the forums, a response is not guaranteed from us directly, but we do try our best to get to as many folks as possible. The forums is more for community members supporting and discussing an issue together. It’s not great for direct support from a technical support team member. Instead, opening a ticket with us will guarantee a response from our team.
