Why cant I get into WC 3 single player? I downloaded the file and it tells me “There was an error in handling the request.” thats a really vague issue to resolve.
It is a bug. Reboot your PC. If that does not solve try a lean re-install. If that does not work Blizzard advices you to buy a better computer; but frankly I’d just refund if it keeps occuring. It is not like issues are fixed once you get rid of that error.
Yeah, there are so many bugs in this game right now I’d probably get your money back and spend it on a different company. Nintendo is always a good one - go get Pokemon Sword/Shield and let us know how it is! But I’d definitely give Wc3 a pass. Stay away, stay FAR away from Blizzard games right now lol.
Do you own Reforged? If not, you need to prove to Battlenet that you do own the original game.
To do that, you need to link your original game key to your Battlenet account. See here on how to do that.
