Warcraft reforged old Graphic

I have purchased the game. I start the game via Luncher and I can’t set Reforge graphics in the settings. in the Battlenet launcher, I still have the option to upgrade the game, but after clicking, it shows that I already have the game in the library. The game has old graphics

Maybe check if your issue is related to this topic:

Howdy!

You might of resolved this issue by now but I wanted to add that sometimes depending on the method of payment you may not unlock HD graphics until the transaction status reaches completed which you can check Here. Once that occurs you may need to restart the PC so that all Battle.net related services restart fully and catch up to speed now on what services your account can access.

Thank you.

Hello, unfortunately nothing helped. there is no problem on the PC and the payment was made a week ago and my battle net shows that I own the game. I have received an email from the order with a confirmation, order number, etc.

While logged into the Desktop App, copy paste the following link into your browser window. Look for “Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne”, then download and run the installer. You have to be logged in while doing this. I just did this with version 1.34 and it works regardless of whether or not you have the “reforged” edition:

Downloads - Blizzard Entertainment -> https://www.blizzard.com/en-us/download?show=classic

The issue is specifically that he can’t use reforged mode. If he didn’t own/buy reforged he wouldn’t be here asking about this. He’s not asking about installing the game, he’s asking why he can’t enable Reforged mode.

That installer auto-detects which version of the game you have. Either this person has that specific game license or they don’t ( which reforged mode can be enabled or disabled with the slider control in the options / settings menu. ) Of course the option to enable reforged mode is greyed-out if you don’t own it. For anything else, you have to open a support ticket.

There’s only one version of the game, it doesn’t need to detect anything.

Your account determines whether or not you have access to enable Reforged mode.

If you want to be pedantic, we can see here that if you download either one, it automatically generates a unique installer / executable every time:

A straw man (sometimes written as strawman) is a form of argument and an informal fallacy of having the impression of refuting an argument, whereas the real subject of the argument was not addressed or refuted, but instead replaced with a false one.

One who engages in this fallacy is said to be "attacking a straw man". -> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Straw_man

Whats the random quoting of the straw man fallacy for? there’s no straw man here. I was addressing the issue at hand, therefore I didn’t manufacture anything. I know about logical fallacies, and the thing is, since you’re accusing me of a straw man randomly for no reason, when there wasn’t one, that’s a straw man itself.

Also: Just becuase the system generates installers on the fly with different hashes doesn’t mean the end result isn’t for all intents and purposes the same.
