I didn’t see the solution pop-up, so I figured I’d post it here. My game is working just fine after going to This PC>Documents>Warcraft III, opening War3Preferences and at the bottom changing windowheight and windowwidth to match my screen resolution.
I have this issue as well. I tried the recommendation above and it did not resolve this issue.
Update: Of course, a simple computer restart fixed it. So weird. Thanks.
Had this happen to me as well. I had a Nvidia Driver update and stopped working after that, I just reverted to a previous driver and game loads fine now.

After checking your ticket, Before you troubleshoot this issue, check the Warcraft Rumble System Requirements to make sure your device hardware meets the minimum requirements.
-Make sure the game is up to date.
-Restart the game (game needs to be fully closed - typically done by swiping an app upward).
-Restart the device.
-Try clearing the Warcraft Rumble app’s cache data.
-Navigate to the Warcraft Rumble app settings, press Clear Cache then relaunch the app. If the problem remains, move to step 2.

The solution was to run the game directly without the launcher.
