The game can only be played offline if it is periodically logged into Battlenet. If too much time passes, offline play is locked out until it’s logged in again.
What should I do with this ?

You only have to connect online like once every month.
Do you really not have access to an internet connection for that long of a period? There is really no point to be offline when you DO have an internet connection. It doesn’t hurt anything and friends will know you’re around.
There isn’t anything you can do with it, it’s a DRM measure to prevent piracy (Not that such things ever really worked well…).
I am a seafarer. Sometimes I there is no opportunity to have internet access for a two or three month in a row.
I have to find a way to fix this.

Well, there’s no (legal) way to fix that, unfortunately.
There is a way, but it is a bit retarted. You change the os date to something near your last login then start the game in offline mode. After finishing the game you fix os time back.
I mean its like with this christmas games for which one would have to wait and every day pops a new option up, but they can be tricked by changing os date.
Starlink could one day address this (much to the chagrin of astronomers everywhere) to make the internet readily available anywhere on the globe. It’s basically crap right now though.
