Has WC3R been abandoned? theres no sign of it ever being out and it was revealed last blizzcon for pre-order and says coming 2019, next month is already November and no sign of it, it really serves no point to do anything Warcraft 3 reforged related at blizzcon this year unless they reveal Warcraft 4 or Warcraft 3 xpacs that gets the Warcraft rts caught up with WoW so it ended at WOTLK so now we need Warcraft 4 orwarcraft 3 xpacs for cata-bfa. It is really needed to have a rts of BFA because other than the mission table descriptions talking about huge wars going on in kalimador and eastern kingdoms while we are in kul’turias, nazjatar and zandalar, ingame theres 0 war just trying to recruit these 2 main races for their navies to start a war. so it is duely needed for the rts version to fill in the gaps of the huge wars going on elsewhere.
you must not know much about the history of blizzard, the release date for Reforged is December 31st 2019, but blizzard is well known for delaying games that are not ready, plus the company had massive layoffs recently and the classic games team is very very small
why would you even think wc4 is going to be announced this year? lol
reforged is only going to add a few small additions to campaign to please you wow fanboys, but the main reason wc3 is still popular and being remade after 17 years is for the online multiplayer community, sorry but wow has nothing to do with the long term survival of rts lol

They let go 800 employees, a tremendous amount of them being in PR/community positions, despite having a record year in 2018 for revenue. They then also explained they were going to hire for more developer-based roles in the company.
and they also announced a plan to focus on mobile games, which literally caused a massive drop in blizzard stocks lol
ninty has been around for a century and making games since the 70s, they are far too smart to be bought out by another company. Blizzard was a small company when they first released WoW and the revenue was too much for them to handle which is why they were bought out by Activision.
Ninty is more like Walt Disney, they will always be around

they talk to specific members of the wc3 community, primarily those who are part of esports in asia and certain clans within wc3, because those are the long-term players keeping the game alive

Blizzard likes to hold their cards until blizzcon. This post is pure fearmongering. I remember how long blizzard drew out the Overwatch Sombra ARG until the blizzcon reveal. It was elongated for half a year involving people hacking a fake lumarico website and watching a coutdown timer as sugar skulls popped up on the screen.
Blizzard loves to pan things out for ages and this is nothing different.
this post is legitimate, I have heard no news since I preordered last year and no signs it is even remotely close to come at all. Deadline is 2 months and not even a release date.

They don’t have to announce the date like that given it’s pretty close to Blizzcon. Reforged is the remastered version of an old game not a brand new one. It won’t be marketed with such hype ahead of time and it might not end up being in a box like original WIII… Thing will be delivered digitally and they can polish the game even until the very last minute. I would expect the window between they announcing it to releasing to be from weeks up to a month. The deadline given in the preorder is Dec 31 2019 so we could just wait and see. Another reason could be that they have been approaching more low key/humble approach of sharing everything especially after that Immortal disaster. Remember over-hyping Diablo announcement way ahead of 2018 Blizzcon and let many down with that mobile Diablo game. This time, they would rather spend more time/resource doing than saying…I think that how they want to be perceived these days.
Im not saying the post isn’t legit, its just putting a fear in people’s mind when blizzard has always done this. There are hardly any blue posts on any of the other forums especially the Starcraft2 forums unless its an emergency such as a ddos attack or people not getting unlocks after watching the twitch livestreams.
The only time we should be seriously worried is if nothing happens this upcoming blizzcon. Blizzcon lasts for about 2 days so we will either get info for the first day or the second day.
starcraft 2 wouldn’t need a post its been out years its last xpac was years and is basically a done game until starcraft 3 with the exception of the tournament pvp skins every now and then and its esports. I guess a better analogy is diablo immortal, 0 news of tht since blizzcon only thing is hopefully wc3r is not canceled and hopefully diablo immortal is.
