Warcraft 3 PTR - Steps to access and begin testing

Hello Community. –

Would someone be so kind as to post a step by step method of getting onto the PTR test server and beginning to test some of the changes made to the game?

A link to another thread would be great too if this has already been discussed.

Really appreciate it, as there are a few friends that really want to try out some of these things.
