I can’t connect to wc3, looks like some problem with connection to server

Looks like a problem at the datacenter where the server is housed- it may or may not be in Blizzard’s direct control, but is likely to be temporary in any case.

have you tried opening two instances of wc3? And/or opening them in different regions?
otherwise do a restart of your PC (not shutdown)
