Versus wins never count towards portrait collection, problem only in Europe

I am in the UK and I always play in the Europe server. However my versus wins in Europe server never count towards collection and all races appear as zero. Weird enough I tried some games in Asia and America server and wins DO count towards portrait collection in those servers (but I can’t really play because ping is too high)… I have linked a classic account (Europe), if that matters. Could someone please help, thanks.

I have the same issue. Haven’t tried playing on other regions outside EU yet. Also didn’t get credit for my old bnet account merge.

Matchmaking Results Not Tracked (NO PORTRAITS!)

I’ve won about 15 games in versus mode with Nightelf so far, however none seem to have counted. When I hover over the portraits it shows 0 wins. I’m playing with the new reforged version and on a linked account.
