if this will be a t3 upgrade then we return to an old problem that t2 is unplayable.

would you mind fixed all of the shroom tree(outland, blackCitadel, dungeon, underground) as well? there were a bug where. reskin shroom when click on the tress visual is bug out. and when get chop down. the skin still stay.

T2 would be hard, but you can prepare your huntress army go to t3 asap even without lores (enabling other strategies, perhaps huntress+talons) knowing that you’ll get a quick boost when you arrive at t3 (kind of like it happens with ghoul frenzy). But we don’t want a T2 huntress army that beats everything either. And elves do have some reasonably good buffs already now. I like this buff just because it enables new strategies outside of dryad+bear, but it’s dangerous and perhaps not strictly necessary given the other buffs (even considering the orb nerf)
They will not beat anything one-sided still.
It is 600 hp unit (less then a grunt).
You cannot heal it without fountain or moonwell (what is very limited especially on t2 transition during min 5-7 because it is only 1 night passed).
And remember - heavy armor means that they lose to casters like spirit walkers etc
I also love how the patch notes say treants attack speed is ‘reduced’ but its actually its attack cooldown is reduced. Treants attack faster on the PTR than on live. Kind of in the same vein the way it is worded that wisps gather less lumber but they actually gather it faster. I personally do not believe night elf needs buffs, let alone 11 buffs and only a very minor nerf on Orb of Venom

We never had 2 viable t1 units
Very good ptr part 2. As player with 20+ years experience with wc3 + knowledge of this game from stats/code as mapmaker I would suggest few changes.
- Human
-tweak stats of orb of slow ( chances are fine but turn down AS slow 25%->20% and MS 55%->40% also decrease hero effect timer 5->2/3 s
-give back siphon range but give it cd like banish have now as problem is not range but constant spam of this ability
- nerf rifleman stats. Either AS which was buffed in recent patch or HP which was overbuffed. Revert one of the change. Currenty rifles are by class better than any other unit especially fiends which are not changed (stat wise) since 2004???
Also rifles have instant attack animation which is superior in kiting fights
-buff mortars MS +10 generally siege units are too slow to proper micro them
Orc:
- reduce tauren resistant skin by 50% or make it separate upgrade at T3. This is just too good
Orc can fast tech without playing barracks and survive. In RT games these taurens + docs will break game. It need to be addressed and tuned down - Give raiders some upgrade at T3. Orc very often play t3 for orb with army of grunts, raiders, casters but lose because it lack dmg vs high T3 units of other races. T3 upgrade for raiders for example: demon potion - temporarily changes raider into fel raider (chaos dmg) for 6 sec? It can be tuned or cost hp when used. Cd can be 60 s
Night elf
All fine but this potm need some rework
Either change owl to fighting/healing unit or change searing arrow to usable ability with aoe dmg. Example: Rain of searing arrows: channeled like blizzard, similar aoe 3 waves of arrows dealing 100/200/300 dmg 75 mana
- hunt armor change at t2 upgrade should be medium not heavy
UD
Currently all buffs are reverted except DL swarm and nerub tower AS which are fine BUT cmon You need to give something to UD players. Currently these nerfs are too big (dagger 1 charge, nova range, ams, gargs)
Heroes are fine. Please focus on unused units like necros and frost wyrms. Currently they are useless. Necros need too much to be viable ( statues + wagons with corpse upg)
And frosts are just too expensive and slow to make. My suggestion;
-boneyard -25 lumber -40% build time reduce hp building
- necro should summon 1 skeleton instead of 2 but no need of corpse. If there is corpse then 2 skeletons. This simple change will allow necros to be played at t2 like shamans, priests, dryads
Neutral:
Tinker need some value buffs
Panda breathe spell slight nerf
Naga arrow slight nerf but + str to get more hp
Beastmaster +1 str
Alchemist rage should last 3/6/9 sec longer
Seems like NE is again winning the patch only because in top 0,0001 of the players there is nobody that plays this race and can compete vs Happy and Fortitude. Every tournament has planty of NE, ladder is flooded with NE in top rankings but 99% of players need to suffer now because Moon got old and is not able to compete at top level.
What can’t I download the PTR? The button for the update is not there and when I start the PTR it says “Update is needed” and after hitting the update button nothing happens…
The buff of wisp lumping rate is insane. Elf is already too strong vs human. We only need nerf of elf not buffs. It is ok to nerf bloodmage for hvo purpose. But considering HvN bloodmage is the only viable second hero now. This would make NE even more advantaged. To balance it out, consider revert MK’s clap area to 300-350-400.
Make sure wand of negation (ud) doesnt work to dispel kotg entangle as that is critical for kotg to be viable vs ud.
Honestly kotg+1int and treants could use more hp and movement speed buff as they are weakest summon in game.
Beastmaster summons could be buffed as well.
Mountain Giants upgrades reduce wood cost and research time. As Mgs are underused in 1v1.
Nerf hu rifles as they are too strong against all races.
Nerf orc base defense being too strong compared to other races.
And a nerf to blade master images mana cost.
i think its awesome that you try to make patches and try to make all units and tiers in a variety of matchups playable.
ne get only buffs though. i like the idea of making ne t2 more playable. but with the sum of all of the changes the human nightelf matchup seems pretty unplayable for human. i think it would be nice if there would be some kind of way to make moonwells a healing over time. its like a free mana healthpot atm and way too easy for nightelf heroes to recover and keep momentum pressuring. i guess thats why so many people are already playing nightelf.
adressing hunts is a cool idea too, but making them with one upgrade counter all t1 units of all classes seems pretty op. they are already the fastest t1 unit and have a range normal damage with kind of aoe. if you want to implement an armor change, slow them down, so they turn into slow tanks with the upgrade, or give them a miss chance upgrade instead of armor change.
Well guess Im going to quit playing solo for good. Have played less and less every patch but now it’s completely unplayable. Thanks for ruining the game I’ve played for twenty years random noob. Sheesh
Good changes, good reverts. Web Tier 1 was actually unreasonable and buffing Huntress in this way was the right call. Nerf to Pala rifles is reasonable.

Orb of Slow is insane. Why does Human need this?
Also hard to understand why you would revert the Demon Hunter change. DH mana burn is the least fun mechanic in the game and DH is by far the strongest hero currently.
Check Fortitude stats vs NE.
First of all.
If at least 1 player of your race have a good winrate (like happy has 75%+ vs NE or lyn has 80% winrate) then it means only 1 thing - BE BETTER and don’t cry. It means that you personally arent good enough and it is a player issue and not race issue.
How to learn? You lose to DH harass as Human? Open Fortitude/Infi replay vs NE and learn how to counter it.
Second:
If you don’t have your race presented in top 4-6 means that balance isn’t ok. Do you really think that between 16 top night elfs (from moon to kaho) there is 0 NE who can have a good winrate? Don’t be naïve.
