Your graphics drivers are extremely old (almost 3 years now). You probably just need to update them. Note that you may need to download the latest version from Lenovo or get help from them if the AMD official drivers tell you they are “Not digitally signed for your computer.”

If you’re still having problems after that, just create a new DXDiag and upload it, we’ll check for more options.

Note: the instructions in this thread are only useful for the original poster. Attempting to install the linked driver above for other computers may result in problems. If you have a similar problem, please create your own thread.

Hey there upos,

I was checking the DxDiag and found this error:

Problem signature:
P1: RadeonSettings.exe

Since this is related to the video drivers we’ll want to try and use DDU to uninstall all traces of the AMD software, then download a fresh copy of drivers from their website.
