Fortnite has been outsourced to India before. Kevuru Games has been working on it for Season 10. Personally I hate Fortnite, but it’s still a massively successful game.
Red Dead Redemption 2 was partially created in a studio based in Bangalore.
Little Nightmares 2 was partially developed with the help of Indian developers, same with Sky: Children of the Light.

Almost every major game is partially outsourced in some way like CaptainJack mentioned.
And besides, most outsourcing is related to stuff like 2D/3D art, maybe some animation stuff, not the majority of the gameplay which I usually judge a game for.

Aside from the fact the the studio War3 was given to is not in India or Thailand… this is a clear an obvious attack on those people.

What exactly are you judging the remasterings for then? Changing the animations, art is the vast majority of changes, gameplay remains the same. What’s the point of the remasters, just changing the amount of units you can select? You might as well do a small update and stop changing the damn graphics then.
That is incredibly painful to look at and I feel cursed for bearing witness.
