Blood Elf Engineers still have the same building completion sounds as normal peasants despite otherwise having different voicelines.
On last night elf expansion mission whenever anything finishes building regardless of Nelf or Naga, you will get the Naga sound for completion.
Edit: Also some cutscene voices are really low, for example when the dreadlords discuss Detheroc’s lines are sometimes barely audible compared to the others.
