I have played this mission 3 times and each time I was completely destroyed in the last minutes. It is possible to complete this mission.

For the final assault - use the Goblin Land mines and position your whole army around Kel’Thuzad. Stall them until the timer runs out.
just destroy all the bases.
but yes you being terrible at RTS’s is a bug
also protip
use the goblin landmines immeditaly with arthas solo to destroy the east base at the start of game.
