Unable to log into the game, multiplayer game list is stuck

  1. I have been stuck at the lion head red copper door when logging into the European server for the past three days. After being stuck for a long time, a message popped up saying: An error occurred while processing the request 2:5 or 6:10

  2. I also found that after logging into the Asian and European servers, if I quickly clicked “Multiplayer button” immediately, the screen would freeze for a long time without responding. I had to click the custom game button or press the F10 option button before the screen would pop up the WarcraftIII General Channel framework.

PC (Windows 10) User, CPU i7-8700K, RAM 32GB , Classic/Reforged Key Owner, located in Asia(Taiwan-Traditional Chinese)
