You probably need to force the game to use your dedicated graphics card, GTX 960 should be enough to run the game.
Game is most likely trying it run it on integrated one which is below minimum requirements

it is not quite that easy. did you update your gpu drivers through something other than windows update? if you did that you disabled nvidia optimus, which is required to run the dedicated gpu. i did that mistake twice on 2 different pcs. you should try to roll back the driver.

Yes I downloaded the nvidia update app. Should I just google previous drivers for the nvidia? I’ve gone into options and selected the Nvidia graphics card to be the preferd graphics card when running warcraft 3 and I’ve tried uninstalling/installing after I made alot of settings changes.

It’s definitely trying to use the integrated graphics to run the game but can’t seem to trick it into using the Nvidia. Very odd.

nvidia messed up somewhere along the way and failed to release drivers that enables optimus. optimus is needed to get the nvidia gpu working. if you roll back the drivers, you should get it working. another option is to go to the website of the builder of your laptop. there you can download drivers that is compatible with optimus. not that i have tried that with dell laptops but, i had a dell desktop. you should also try to upgrade your memory, as warcraft reforged is extremely memory heavy. i just tested it and it used 4,9 gigabytes of ram. of course you do not need to upgrade your memory until you get it working.
