I would like to see Blizz add an ingame clock timer. They did this with SC2 after community request, and its been super helpful for learning the game. Also
APM integrated into official UI vs the /apm command would be nice. Lastly when you build units in SC2 the building icons show white squares to show how much are in your queue, would be nice to add this to War3 as well.
