Tyrande and Malfurion do not get XP from creeps during Brothers in Blood mission in Reforged mode.

Yea, they remain at lvl 5. Maybe for balance reasons?
It’s because in Reforged all the RoC maps use TFT data so heroes stop gaining XP from creeps at lvl 5. An oversight by the classic game team that has been brought up in these forums before. I’m surprised they haven’t addressed it during one of their little footprint patches.
