There are separate forums for WOW. Just use the Battle.net app, navigate to the version of WOW that you play, and then click the “forums” button.
Either way, forums are not the place to look for groups. Every version of WOW has some form of LFG chat, or (for retail) even a social application as one of the menu options somewhere.
