Too little too late

Just saying this in advance of your upcoming big ladder patch.

Activizzard, i know ur working your ways into the headlines again.
With a glorious ladder patch and maybe even a new apologie for your fake apologie.
But you and we know you will never fix this mess properly.
The join bugs, the bad server performance, the crashes and desyncs, and all the endless list of things wrong in this…is pretty mutch known since beta day 1.
And i guess your just not competent enough anymore to tackle those issues.

We know “game journalists” will hop on you for every stick you throw at them.
And we all know you will comeback with another publicity stunt with your next major patch.
But we also know this product will never live up to the originals standarts and properly will be in alpha state for next 2 years.

And you should know: No matter how hard your “social media experts” try to market this fiesta arround with your next patches… you lost us, your true, core fans from the very beginnig.

WC3R was the final nail in the coffin. And yeah sure, go ahead, try pulling a no mans sky.
Doesnt matter: you lost our faith.

A lot of “us” in there.

Although I don’t like the state of the game, enough to refund it back in November, you don’t speak for everyone. Not everyone is jumping ship with you.

SCR had its issues that were similar to WCR’s and they were worked out far sooner than two years, even so much that it’s been working quite well for a long time.

It’s your prerogative to leave if you want, but don’t for a moment try to convince others that your position is the only one.

Probably, but i was writing for those who are.
Which i guess are the majority by now.
And my point was even if they bring another apology along their next major patch, i highly doubt the community, especially the core blizzard fans, will forgive them.
As i said, reforged showed us (once again) their present true face and it was the final nail in the coffin for many of us.
Theyre not a cool bunch of nerds who love making videogames anymore and never will be again. They are a greedy company only wanting profit and 100% driven by shareholder interests.
There is no heart or soul left. Its all about the money.

And by that, they lost the vast majority of their community.

I definitely agree to varying degrees with those points. I’m fairly laid back and forgiving, but the handling of Reforged actually surprised me and had me wondering what they were thinking.

Blizzard has been owned by other companies since selling out before Warcraft 1 even launched.

Only took 20+ years for people to realize video games are about making money.

I removed all payment methods from my battle.net account.

Like any company and we all demand quality.

Im not really like that … they will bring the ladder finally and true fans will play it, streamers will. But to make it lik e SC2 ladder proper matchmaking (before reforged came last year really any1 matched any1), and to fix crashes will take another several months. Unless they make it super rare to crash people may not want to play much.

So the hype is killed, but true players like me will probably play it when it feels more ready, just how long depends on what they do with it

Found the shill.

Please, offer more than a single cop-out dismissal. You must have more going on in there than that. And besides, read on. Not quite the shill you believe.

Not to mention that stating that one doesn’t speak for all is hardly shilling. If you’re going to use tired cliches, at least use them right.
