To Kaivax, Yryadorne, and other Community Managers

Blue posts have been saying for months now that they’re “aware” of a macOS bug that is not allowing their users to play, and that it’s being worked on, but it’s clearly not.

I am begging you to be honest with us. In my case, I’m unable to get a refund because I’ve waited so long in order to play the game that I’m no longer eligible for a refund. I am certain you are going to put others in this same position with your dishonesty. You are stealing money from people and pulling the wool over their eyes.

Please be honest or take down the “macOS compatibility” claim that you’re making on this game. This is sick.

You do not know that they are not working on a fix.

It’s been over a year that macOS has been broken (I cant open/run/start WC3 game in my MAC - Technical Support - Warcraft III: Reforged Forums). They just came out with 2.0 and it’s still not fixed. That tells me they’re not planning on fixing it and that they do not have Mac machines to even test the game on.

Do you think after 13 months and a new big patch announcement that they’re still working on/prioritizing this issue?

People are getting swindled out of their money and you’re trying to defend it… That’s insanity - all I’m asking for is honesty from the community managers, because this “we’re working on it” hoax is up.

It’s had mac issues for OVER a year…and they just put out a NEW sale…
Blue posts responding to issues about this prior to said sale…
So they let people buy a product they KNEW didn’t work…

Exactly. That’s what I’m saying… It’s not that it doesn’t work… it’s the dishonesty in the blue posts that’s sickening.
