I don’t have harddrive room, I don’t have money to upgrade it. But now I am forced to install 30gb for this stupid remake and I can’t just play the old 3 gig version? What the hell is that blizzard.

Thanks to the forums, I turned off internet, then I proceeded to deny wc3 access to internet, and now have the old client, with old custom campaigns, custom maps and everything, without having to download a broken game.

wait, if I want to reinstall my old warcraft 3 games I have to install reforged? Do I play the old version through the reforged client? So there will be a prompt for my cd key?

You will be forced to install the reforged client yes. When you download the classic warcraft III Setup, then it will be updated to reforged automatically.

I have a hard time fathoming that someone who says something like this actually exists.

Imagine if one day Solitaire decided to take up 400% more space on your hard drive and there was nothing you could do about it? Sure, anyone can get a new hard drive. But why is it our responsibility to do that when everything was working just fine before?
