Is there any way to ask for a refund? This game is not a finished game.

Yes I agree. I have paid for something that is not even working.
What is worse, I already had classic as well, and I enjoyed that just fine.
I only even paid for reforged to help support the efforts, and now you have broken my game

I also have been ripped off. Can you please issue a refund. I have never felt more exploited on buying a somehow less developed version of a nearly two decade old game.

Yes!
- Log into your account.
- Click the “Support” link at the top of the screen.
- Select the WC3 icon in the middle of the screen.
- Click “Contact Support” at the top right side of the screen.
- Below the ‘Tell us about the issue’ section, click the link: “I would rather categorize the issue.”
- Click “Payments” - Then click “Request a Refund.”
You might want to have the order number handy to add, and you can reference the 12/17 email that was sent out offering a refund due to the game being unready.
f for some reason the refund is not approved (and it really should be) you should file a claim with Paypal or your CC company who will refund you and process a charge-back.

Geez the game just launched today, there will always be launch problems, at least give them a bit to offer a patch or something.

I am playing the free update for the original WC3 and it’s been streamlined to ‘fit in’ with reforged. Now I am wanting some kind of refund myself the game is pretty much unplayable compared to before.

Seems like Activision really killed Blizzard.
I intend to play warcraft 3 classic on ICCup and gameranger from now on.

Yeah, the gameplay looks like some beta-project from an unknown development team instead of the perfect game from respectful game studio Blizzard.

Runemane, they have been beta testing for months and I bought the game and have been waiting for months to find out its not even close to playable. I played the originals for years and this is like a glitchy deconstructed alpha version. They messed up bigtime.

How does ICCup and Gameranger work? Are they legal?
Yes because they just allow you to host lan games on your comp, and then posts the connectivity in their forum.
Well thats how gameranger works.
It uses a previous version of warcraft 3 though, so you have to downgrade somehow.
I found by deleting wc3 and then downloading wc3 from iccup (which is a russian server) I could use that version for gameranger and play with north americans

How many people use these applications do you think? And will most previous players of WC3 during the classical days be still playing on this reforged update? It’s kind of hard for me to tell. I had several communities I was part of, will it all get ‘Thanos’ wiped now?
For what it’s worth, I received a very nice follow-up letter from a gamemaster today apologizing for my poor performance and mentioning that the developers are working hard to address the issues. He said he would process a full refund for me right away, and sure enough it hit my Paypal account a couple of hours later.
I’m sure it will be a bit tougher to get a refund for the ~20 year old RoC and TFT versions that were also wiped out…
