In my tests, the only way to fix the blank Settings page was to replace my monitor and switch my computer’s display to the TV so that I could see the Settings screen and perform regular game Settings.
Possible reasons for this error: “The game program is not adapted to some monitors, which makes some UI on a specific monitor, can not perform the normal UI font display, and even some button clicks do not respond, for example, the exit button cannot be pressed, so I can not exit the game in a normal way.”
