The game starts, but I can only see the title screen animation. The menu doesn’t appear, and I can’t do anything. I’ve tried everything: reinstalling the game, the drivers, reinstalling Battle.net, running the startup commands, deleting the configuration files; nothing worked. The old version opens normally. Actually, the first time I opened the game, it froze, close and a screen appeared saying there was an error. But when I opened the game again, it started and showed the first scene, then the title screen appeared, but not the menu.
Can you press some random keys, like M for multiplayer and see if you hear the chains of the menu changing?
Can you try pressing alt + enter? This is the windows command to force windowed mode, and may resolve some graphic issues. It isn’t a solid permanent solution but it can help diagnostics.
