With all these new Lordaeron doodads and structures, why wasn’t Lordaeron itself Reforged?

I mean, take a look at this:

Why can’t Lordaeron in game look like this? Instead we still have the doodad vomit and random structures randomly stacked on each other. I hope these chapters also get “Reforged” in the next campaign update

I don’t know why it’s not up to date, but I also think Blizzard has a moral obligation to update the art and stories of all missions, honoring Warcraft 3 and the word Reforged. I hope to see something like this in the next update of the campaign.
