İ buy warcraft 3 reforged pre purchase…
Then 1.30.2 Patch Notes i download this and install game…
İ create account and verify this account…
But nothing changed…
Still same error (The Cd key provided currently disabled (%d))

I’m having the exact same issue.

Try to delete .w3k data in your WC3 folder. After starting WC3 he asks you to enter the cd keys again. After that step it worked for me.
