I’m referring to technical errors that cause failed launches of ladder games. (for example: i.imgur[dot]com/ph6a1Rr.png)
I understand that bugs are a part of life.
But they should NOT result in a free loss!
Over a number of years about 25% of ALL my losses are due to such errors. This is very demoralising and discourages me from playing each time (especially after 10-15 game win streaks).
Can devs please look into this?
