- Custom Races
Instead of just doing a hotfix replace Orcs, like you have to do in regular WCIII. I would like the option to add/change race names for custom games. - Keep black abyss an option
I would love an update modern outland space backdrop too, but I am guessing you are already doing that. But, abyss was great to have a cool dungeon drop off, into a dark hole. - Improve the mouse and keyboard movement functionality for the editor
One of my big angers with the editor currently, is that WASD/Arrow key movement is a pain to do. Plus the rigging of the camera requires a ton of scripting, and feels like the editor was not built to support this at all. - Replace weapons???
If possible it would be cool to have removable weapons, for RPG making purposes. - Carry items from previous maps in the campaign
- Attach maps together
Being able to attach multiple maps together to make a huge giant seamless map. This might be a cool tool.

maps goes up to 480 times 480 now. custom races however would be cool as then i could get rid of my tavern of races. i use the tavern of races to allow players to access more races.
The idea wasn’t about the size limit of the map. It was more the idea of being able to stitch maps together.
All sound like good ideas to me.
Especially the improved wasd/arrow key and camera improvements. I feel like it would open up a lot of possibilities if a camera view and controls similar to WoW’s was a base feature in the editor.
Something that I think would be cool (and I haven’t seen it anywhere else except being “forecast” on a few forums) is the idea of having easily imported elements from other blizzard games. For instance it would be fantastic to have an import mechanic in WCIII Reforged Map Edit that would allow me to easily import the Goroth model from Tomb of Sargeras in WoW into a custom map. I honestly don’t know how possible this is but its something that I would be extremely excited about if it could take place.
