[Suggestion] Do not alter the original story

But that orc WAS first green in WC III alpha and they DECIDED to make him red so it must be kept cause they thought it is better.

Well I don’t think the Slave Master would have been any less memorable had it been like a Raider on Horse or something. Or if he just had had green skin.

Two points I want to make:

1. Let the dead be dead: Do not retcon death of characters, like in WoW.
What’s the whole point of Frostmourne sacrifice if Muradin came out “alive”?

2. ORCS: Do not for any reason introduce those awful, vomit inducing, orange orcs. They never existed before WoD and they are a shame.
Orcs were always green, and turned red sometimes.

Well orcs do actually have quite rich history nowadays, and the skin colors are quite interesting details on this. Though I agree that I hope they make the chaos orcs look a bit better, I never liked their looks in WC3, especially that orange Blademaster is horrible.

Since they’re going in and gonna be animating the models themselves for in-game cutscenes like the BlizzCon Culling demo, I’m expecting to see Muradin wind up getting piked by ice still.

If you mean the Mag’har, they were around in Burning Crusade. Though that’ll be a non-issue since during the Outland stuff it’s not like you ever go to Nagrand or Shattrath to see them.

True that.
I was really pointing at things like “Orange non demonic Grom” being introduced.

Oh the alternate universe stuff, gotcha. Yeah considering the main timeline/universe (which is hilarious to say since in WoD there’s an alternate and then the 2016 movie is an entirely separate one), we shouldn’t be seeing untouched Grom at all. Warcraft 3 is 20+ years after orcs start drinking the demon punch.
