“jokes” aside. I think that a remake of the classic campaign to be more on part with the new lore. Aside from that I would love, in the same manner of the extra Rexxar campaign, have more campaign like faithful adaptations of the Sunwell Trilogy or the Ashbringer mini-series, both relevant stories to W3, and others between the 4 years that make W3 and WoW apart.

Realistically something new, something that doesn’t require major balancing.
Revamped old campaign is a pipedream now, too much effort to redo. Also new races is bunk, they don’t have a team of balance devs and they couldn’t even fix the current four through balance changes.
Co-op commanders, or new campaign content is the safest route for me.

I would enjoy co-op missions if they were added to the game. I think it’d be a good way to ease newer players into the multiplayer. Going straight from campaign to multiplayer is pretty jarring.
