Still can't play the game on Mac after Nov 18 update

My Issue List:

  1. Map files (*.w3x) are not visible in the game. They were displaying normally before the October 4th patch. The same files can be found on Windows 11 but are not visible on Mac.
  2. The map folder name is displayed as a hash string in the game, instead of the actual map name. They were fine before Oct 4th.
  3. When clicking the “Multiplayer” button, no menu is displayed, and there is no “Back” button—only a “Quit” button appears in the bottom left corner.

Due to these criteria issues, I still can’t play it on Mac (M3 Pro). I wonder if someone else has the same problem.

Try “Scan and Repair” option, and if that doesn’t work, delete and reinstall.

This.

There was a post from Bliz saying that if Mac can’t access multiplayer, uninstall and reinstall.

I did a reinstall and it still says “Launcher Authentication Error” when the menu loads after the lion doors.

Also the menu screen has pink and purple scribbles on it.

I’d reply to this Bliz post with that:

That’s for Mac multiplayer problems, but it can’t hurt to report the auth issues on Mac too.

reinstalled, but nothing different.

can’t see w3x files is the most critical issue for me, I can’t even watch a replay since its map column displayed as ‘UNKNOWN’.

Update:
Finally I fixed it, I delete Download folder under Maps, and this triggers creating a new Download folder by game, maybe the creating operation make a connection to server and now my folder name is normal and w3x files are visible.
Multiplayer problem is fixed also.

But my mini map is in DARK mode, like this thread 2days ago: https://www.reddit.com/r/warcraft3/comments/1gujar3/minimap_bug_since_20_patch/

is there anyone who known the issue?
