We are already in the beta 
I think that image might be a silhouette of their concept art rather than actual models. Looking at the details of how the feathers and the fur and the hair looks in the shadowed version, it’s so crisp and detailed that it doesn’t look like it would be from a model.
They might have just took their concept art, blanked it out and passed it off as ‘coming soon’.

New Multiplayer/Rank, New Support, New dlc, and fkn microtransactions to ruin it all

Yeah but even SC:R didn’t get a public beta with the new art assets.
For all we know, patch 1.29-1.31 are what they consider the gameplay beta testing for Reforged.

Thats the archer model and this is an RTS so please dont be concerned about the unit face as u probably will never see it ingame
The blackmask of the original preview was a Dryad / Druid of the Claw / and druid of the talon.

Who is worried about the faces? Not me
I am trying to find out what model it is, because it does not have the shoulder pads, nor the necklace that they show in the archer of the portrait… Therefore, it is not an archer, it is something else.
That archer looks awful nothing like the orginal doesnt even look inspired by it

Call me crazy but I vote for the option that is the generic model of a Dark Ranger.
Look at the symbols of the hood (although they are quite generic and may not mean anything)
