There is warcraft 3 mod in starcraft 2. You can play it for free ! Or classic warcraft 3 with friends on hamachi - online lan.

Your brain seems to be abandonware
They are fixing the game slowly, the problem is they never cared to make it playable for AMD graphics cards or mid/low end graphics for whatever reason. Dota 2 editor is just as bad.
Actually dont blame blizzard for that blame amd for giving bad drivers. Really there is not a lot they can do about that.
Considering this is the only game I’ve seen something like this happen, and this bad, and that they released a patch that started to fix the issue I’m not so sure of that.

Someone should take a look into your history of posts and ask you if any help is needed. The dedication is absurd. Since you don’t play any WC3 anymore, invest the time in a hobby or getting friends.

Heroes of the Storm/SC2 would be fine if they choose to use a diff engine.
The whole point of sticking with WC3 is only the custom maps and crossplay, thats it. And since they deleted the old bnet and old client, might as well upgrade the whole thing.
Only solution is source 2 engine. Good graphics, animations, turn rates ae there in dota…
