Should there be bigger changes or a rebalancing of the game?

So I’m thinking, with the 2.0 patch and going forward, may this be the time for bigger changes or additions to the game?

Maybe this game could be more accessible for newbies, changing things to be more fun, less stressful, etc. without destroying the actual balance between the 4 races.

Thoughts?
