I know that an offensive unit quote had been removed from Warcraft 3 with the mandatory unification into the Reforged version. The Dryads “human call”. But another voice line that troubles me remains in the game. In the “annoyed” lines the Crypt Lord goes: “And they say Blizzard games don’t have bugs”. I didn’t mind before, but now it depresses me, because it reminds me of the many bugs that interrupt my enjoyment of the game post unification. Blizzard should consider adding that one of the problematic quotes that are no longer appropriate to be in the game.
Bug lives matter.
They removed the human call? Why?
They also removed calling Grom as such due to some dude threatening to lawsuit of it since his name is being used or some ____. Instead Grom gets called Hellscream or Grommash now instead of the shortened nickname of his name.
Also Tauren Chieftain had lines removed
“pass the peace pipe” “hey, puff puff give, that’s the rule…” “Whoahh i can see my ancestors” and “Only two things come from Texas, and I’ve got horns.”
Or at least they could have used it when Thrall is talking to Grommash by calling him Grom as a nickname and officially refer him as Hellscream or Grommash whenever he’s talking to someone else
But they can’t due to threat of lawsuit. That’s the sh_tty deal about it.
What threat of lawsuit? I’ve never heard of that bullsh*t before.
This thing about a lawsuit isn’t really true at all
Because americans cant handle humor
Please say ain’t true!
Why would the remove anything?[quote=“Moonfog-2131, post:1, topic:16515”]

I googled that to listen to it, and I honestly don’t know how it could be considered offensive. The dryad appears to mock humans from what I could tell.
