Remove the 12 unit cap for ALL MODES

im all in for putting it to the test. ppl lost their minds about:

  • inventory being revealed to the enemy
  • option to toggle health bars
  • mana bars

now enabling manabars surely had some effects on the game, certainly more than the unit selection cap.

did it kill the game? did showing manabars make the game too easy? did pro players lose to noobs all of a sudden and ragequit?

so yea - things gonna change. but overall for the better - im pretty sure of that one.

and we need changes to wc3. it has been the same for about 15 years now (frozen throne shook up some things). look how little the meta shifted in all these years. its waaaaaay to static.

league of legends puts out alot of patches, and while balance is a lil bit hit and miss, it never gets a sore area because it gets changed pretty fast. now a RTS should have slower patch cycles, but it took blizzard several years to nerf dryads (give more xp). you just cant do that to your game when its supposed to stay interesting and relevant as an esport game. it even took blizz several months to correct their nightelf overbuff in 1.29/1.30 (? i believe). but even that ridiculous huntress spam and keeper abuse was kinda exciting, right? after all those years with no changes whatsoever.

i was really looking forward to reforged, but after playing 17 years of dk, lich fiends dessis vs the very same matchups i just cant do it anymore - i tried some tryhard games in the beta and while it was fun the repetitiveness annoys me to no end. im not gonna blame anyone, its just my experience as wc3 veteran playing since release.
