Do I have to make a new topic?

It looks like there’s a small amount of packet loss after the data leaves the modem and goes to the service provider’s network. Normally for something like this I’d suggest doing a power cycle or factory reset on the modem/router before contacting the service provider to report the problem.

For instructions on how to factory reset your device, be sure to reach out to the device manufacturer (linksys, motorola, arris, etc)

I also have similar issues. I tried router factory reset but it just couldn’t help it. There is always a package lose. And neither I or my ISP knows the reason for this. I also tried with a different connection like Mobile Hotspot Tethering but after a while disconnects still appears. The only solution for people like is to be able to reconnect in games. There is just no guarantee if I change ISP with different problem to be solved.
