Literally refund me for this mess of a game, my refund request has been denied due to “Too much playtime” even though all i did was finish Exodus of the Horde, which is the literal Prologue and Tutorial.
Appealed it, Refund Request has been ignored for 24h+ now.

Chargeback through your bank, or tell Blizzard you’ll do that if they refuse to refund it
classic is dead unfortunatly, try download an earlier version from the internet, that’s the only real way to play classic atm

Way ahead of ya mate
Got a pirated copy from IceBlitz downloaded both on my PC and Cloud Folder already and now have a running Paypal dispute aswell
Literally dont care if i eat a forum ban and get my Bnet account fully suspended. This is a literal spit in my face as a lifelong Blizzard and Warcraft fan.
I can easily make a new account and have my friends gift me a WoW resub easily as i only play Classic anyway

They did the same to me with Call of Duty, after 10 mins of gameplay they won’t let you refund. They might have a good quarter in 2019 and 2020 but 2021 is going to be an interesting year for their investors.
@Skye
Everyone who pre purchased their games should be entitled for refund by this:
europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/shopping/guarantees-returns/index_en.htm
(cant add links here so just copy that to your URL)
EU laws clearly say it:
" Under EU rules, a trader must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if goods you bought turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.
If you bought a product or a service online or outside of a shop (by telephone, mail order, from a door-to-door salesperson), you also have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification."
As the game got out only few days ago we have right to cancel out order and get a refund within 14 days without a justification.
No need to worry mate it’ll take a lil bit more that 24 hours.
I got refunded after ~28 hours
I think they just get a lot of refund requests and Customer Support is a bit overwhelmed (i think they’re cool, no need to be mad at them)
