In the context of my post, it is specific: using the automated refund request. The “I need help” link does go directly to the manual refund request page, no navigating through the categories.
Obviously the manual refund can be gotten to by manually clicking through the catergories. I’m not sure why you needed to bring that up when it had nothing to do with what I was describing. Seems to be more of your attempts to make sure no one can know more that you.
