Note: this is regarding Reforged graphics not SD.
Varying special effects (namely weapon projectiles) do not appear when created, however their sound still plays.
A work around is to set the special effects “time” to any number, which brings me to the next issue.
Numerous special effect’s modifications no longer work for special effects.

- Time scale
- Alpha
- RGB values
