[REFORGED] Creating Special effects trigger editor bugs

Note: this is regarding Reforged graphics not SD.

Varying special effects (namely weapon projectiles) do not appear when created, however their sound still plays.
A work around is to set the special effects “time” to any number, which brings me to the next issue.

Numerous special effect’s modifications no longer work for special effects.
A few examples:

  • Time scale
  • Alpha
  • RGB values

Tools we used to be able to vary special effects for nearly limitless options in custom games.
