Blizzcon will have beta for sure, but this week we might get another build since they updated config settings for beta some hours ago

YourArthas are you familiar with the game play footage that flood the internet if it’s actual beta or imported reforged models into wc3 classic? How did they manage to start the game?
It’s a leaked build of Reforged. You can download the cracked client from some russian site.
It’s likely a rather old build considering it’s very scrappy in terms of animations, missing menu textures, complete void of Undead or Night Elf units and more.

Why would they push a build this obsolete to the Content Delivery Network if they’re aiming to have beta close to BlizzCon?
This is in all likelihood the current build and the rips are, well, rips that somehow disabled certain things in the process.
Considering there is allegedly some internal chaos at Blizzard and this seems exceptionally sloppy, even for Blizzard leaks, it’s hard to tell.
So the finished product will probably be shown in Blizzcon?

Nah, finished product is certainly more than 2 months away. No beta yet. Expecting Beta launch shortly after blizzcon.
Probably, but I think they might make a more stable version of this beta we have right now available and hype it up with builds that adds ud and elf before final product to be honest though I think around 15th november at least we will have undeads playable in beta (betting that beta will 100% be public by Blizzcon and I still think it will get a build this week) and in 2-3 weeks after that Elves will come and game will come after 2-3 weeks after that

Seems a tad optimistic but then again, they’re on a tight schedule if they still want to make a december 2019 release date.
They have to release with enough time before the holidays to get a post-launch patch out to snipe bugs that snuck into release and get pointed out by the player base.
Plus, again, it’s entirely possible that the files were damaged by the ripping process.

I do believe the data we got must be some old build, as I remember the models for tyrande, huntress, ghouls, abobinations, druid of the talon etc… Are done so… Theres still some leaked models that aren’t in the build yet… So that’s a clue

I think the movement is for marketting you know, release uds and elves to hype up (since their icons are in models are compelte)

It had better not be… unless they include Collectors’ too. Imagine having Collectors and not getting access to a beta.
But great news… i didn’t mind waiting till the end of the year but now I feel I want to get back to war3 just by looking at those new models, the hype train is coming soon.

I doubt it. The beta footage shows the game in a very incompletely state. I’m still standing by my prediction of mid-late November.
Gul’dan and Drak’thuls models have become non-goofy. I am satisfied.
New golem models are somewhat bittersweet. I like the WoW Golem ‘big dwarf’ design, but I don’t like how it’s completely replaced the metallic viking-horns Battle Golem from Warcraft 3 either.
Build has got the date of 28 august and release date of 10th October and also is stable other than optimization problems and ofc bugs of animations and textures (which just needs some attention because they probably just convert them from fbx format to mdx without checking much)
Also keep that in mind even that the build does not have Ud and Night Elves basically atleast 80% of the models are already in, late november can only be a release date because has no porpuse other than devs saying ‘well we have given a beta’

Idk about that. I have yet to see any of the mentioned variation from last Blizzcon (male/female versions of units).
Yeah instead of a fifth race, we get women variations… Lol that’s some feature that needs more resources xD
That’s probably because women variations won’t require a full team of designers and 12+ months of internal balancing before reaching an acceptable level of balance.
