Really Blizzard, Really?

What are you doing, Blizzard? Are we honestly still being lied to or are you changing it anyway? Can we please get a straight answer out of you guys? Just to put all this crap to rest? Just release a simple campaign mission, just one so everyone can see what it is exactly we are getting. Either you are going back on your words and delivering us what you promised in the beginning or you are fearfull of even more refunds when you show the campaign. Please be honest and fortcoming for once troughout this entire development cycle.

@Pete, be honest. #HonestPete.

This reforged is a scam, refund while you have time.

I guess after the release we will not be able to refund.

Is this game coming out end of the month ? or is there going to be a delay ? looking at what everyone says, it really looks like it might not be no where near complete.

About another delay idk, but about the game that will not be complete you can be sure. We will have lots of postlaunch updates. What we are getting at release is just still a beta and patching it weekly.

You can take 28th January as a beta test able of testing the campaign to :joy:

This I agree with.

I think it’s pretty much a given at this point that Reforged will come out in a very poor state, with tons of bugs and performance issues, but for all of our sakes I genuinely hope that I’m wrong.

This part I disagree with.

I think we might get a week 1 hotfix if there are some really massive issues. If not, we’ll probably have to wait 2-3 weeks for a broader bug fixing patch.

After that there’s going to be 3-6 months of radio silence and then maybe a small patch with like ladder map pool updates, a couple of balance changes and perhaps something new for the WE.

people, people! they gave as a date, and you can play it when it releases. they’re promising us a full reforge in graphics, ui, and all of that stuff. Sure, they may have said that they MIGHT make some slight changes to the campaigns, but guess what you guys did. you went to these forums and started whining about wanting “no changes”, and i sort of agreed! but, as soon as they roll back and hear your feedback, you come back here, and start whining about something you caused.

they already told us that there WON’T be any changes, because they heard YOUR feedback. honestly the community did this and i’m glad. no changes will be good, cause that way we won’t have to worry about having a bad campaign.

Campaign reworked or not, those of us who love WC3 just want to see it flourish. Longevity is the name of the game, it’s more about a stable – richly built product and not a disaster release.

I think the greatest fear at this point is a 28th release with no additional support afterwards. This game can go one of 2 ways, DoA, or last another 15 years all based on blizzards support for WC3. Hell ill even take post release support for this game at this point.

This game doesn’t even have shadows, I can’t imagine the final product, this is gonna be a real bad show. Brace yourself.

What you mean? The shadows maybe are not dark enough but they re definitely there…

Another genius does not understand that he turned out to be a meat shield for Blizzard, they simply did not manage to do everything on time and therefore had to cancel a lot.
GeniusX2power who believes that a redesigned campaign is bad and does not understand that in any case there would be an original campaign on a new graphics, at least by modmakers.
U very clever

The cake is a lie. It’s wooden

Meat shield? did you even read what i said?

I’m HAPPY that it’s not going to have changes, like they have stated in the past. i think it’ll turn out great and i’m excited.

I never wanted changes in the campaign in the first place, a remaster was revealed, not a complete redesign. i want the game i’ve loved for years, only with overhauled graphics, and the community coming back to life with custom maps, games, and campaigns.

If they redesigned a few campaign maps to make some improvements or adjusts I wouldn’t mind. They originally were supposed to make redesign Stratholme (The Culling) look more like a city than a river-side village/town, but it is what it is now.

I’m actually disappointed given the LACK OF CHANGES and the inability to hit a deadline when all they are doing is just updating models at this point.

We don’t know if we’ll like it because BLIZZARD REFUSES TO COMMUNICATE ANYTHING, dumbass.

I agree. one of 3 things probably happened, 1, they didn’t think it’d be nearly this hard and take this long, 2, they don’t have a big enough team focusing on the project, or 3, they weren’t expecting so many people to be so excited, and thought this would be a much smaller deal.

yea cause they know exactly what we want , just as they did with immortal
