After enabling the game, it is not possible to enter the ranked or unranked games sections, there is only the option of skirmishes and free games and nothing else, the game was purchased directly through the battlenet website
This is not a bug. Blizzard never bothered to introduce this to the game. It is simply not a feature. Considering the dev team has been disbanded it is not expected this will ever be added to the game.
The refund policy is still active.
