Does anyone know when ranked matchmaking and medals will be implemented into the game?
No one knows. We had ranked matchmaking, profile statistics, automated tournaments, custom campaigns before Reforged launched. Then blizzard destroyed everything and 7 months past release we are still using a .txt file to change hotkeys.
Its embarassing. But not only that. Blizzard intentionally lies about tons of features.
Where are the advertised Dreadlord skins in multiplayer? Where are the different Crypt Lord skins in multiplayer? Archmage skins, Tauren Chieftain skins? All these are supposed to be playable according to official marketing.
This game exists only to make money with 0 effort. The developers printed huge lies just a few weeks before the game launched, knowing they would never add skins from campaign to multiplayer.

I understand. Having to go to the text document everytime we want to change a hotkey is kinda ridiculous in 2020. Also, do u know how i can set up hotkeys for items? i dont see it in the text document.
No way to do it ingame as far as I know. Most players use a program like Autohotkey.
Imagine if Blizzard actually added base game functionalities. But they cannot even do that.

its much easier with spells on QWER and items on TYGH
the devs literally posted a blog like 5 days ago about ranked ladder, its right on the main page for wc3 when you open the bnet app… all they said was they are still working on it and will have it released in the coming months, which I assume that means just before Blizzcon
for now, many players are using w3champions, as setcho suggested
They said it will need 6 Months.
